* Concept of communication
Personal contact is the process in a meaningful transfer of information from one person to another and in order to find some kind of mutual understanding between them.

* The importance of communication
Communication is the basis of our daily lives and we share huge amounts and types of data and information, and of course the question of health and to share feelings and convey ideas and review the reporting of news and views and provide information.
