Five ways to boost willpower

Scientists have identified five ways to strengthen willpower, through some exercises, and conducted by scientists from the University (Stanford) in the United States, a study to determine how to strengthen willpower, because according to the information available, there is a small area in human brain especially called (The prefrontal cortex), And this region responsible voluntary decisions, when this region at a disadvantage, the person loses control over his behavior, but there are ways it is credited, on the possibility of restoring the area to its natural state, region (frontal lobe) in the brain.



The first method, lies in eating at specific times and constant, any schedule, and scientists discovered that the more mayhem in a room of the person, the greater the weight, because the chaos caused stress.

The second method, experts advise on the need to allocate at least five minutes a day, and meditation with eyes, and exclusivity, where sufficient focus on breathing, so that control breathing, meditation means to strengthen willpower.

The third method, the researchers emphasize that the human nature to sin in many processes such as breathing, because the best breathing process must include 4-6 operations of inspiration.

The fourth method, roaming and daily walk, where the speed increases blood movement in oxygen, the blood vessels of the body, add to this the body secretes roaming and hiking, the hormone of joy and pleasure (endorphin), assist in the return of the frontal lobe in the brain to normal, roaming and walking helps strengthen willpower.

The fifth method, a number of experts long ago to benefit period bedroom siesta, experts believe, that man need 15-20 minutes of sleep during the day, so that areas of the brain to perform functions in the normal manner, and at best and fullest, helping person on voluntary decisions.
